From Emotions to Words
This workshop is a gentle doorway into poetry writing — not as performance, but as a way to give shape to what you feel.
When emotions are layered, language can get stuck. In this space, we slow down. We listen inward. We write without pressure. We learn how to move from feeling to line, from heaviness to release, from silence to voice.
You don’t need to be “a poet” to join. You only need honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to write what is real — even if it starts with only one sentence.
Adults and young adults who want to explore poetry as expression, reflection, and release.
Guided prompts, gentle structure, writing time, and optional sharing in a safe atmosphere.
A notebook (or laptop), a pen, and the freedom to write imperfectly.
A drafted poem (or multiple beginnings), plus tools to keep writing beyond the workshop.
